The kickoff questions have been asked and with ten participants, we have information that will help establish the 2019 schedule and regulations. The results are:

• At least 10 people plan to participate.
• 40% would like dues to stay at $30.
• All locations remain “as-is”. Even the controversial Hillsview Lake received 70% support!
• We have two people interested in being the organizer, Chuck Rathbun and John Urbanick.
• Rick Manuszak will continue to be our glorious Webmaster!
• Nobody expressed interest in being the Treasurer. Scott Thede will continue in this role for 2019.
• Thursday received 70% support for the day of the week to fish. Monday received the next highest support at 20%.
• 90% supported a 6pm start time.
• 90% supported a double payout for most weight and largest fish in the event of a single qualify fish.

Rule change suggestions:

• Lake must have a dock or it is eliminated.
• Maybe we need to look at how the prize money is awarded. Is there a way to have more guys win more money; i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place money.
• Award for largest bag. Maybe each half, and for season.

Other comments or suggestions:

• If we bump up the dues to $40 we may be able to pay out $10 for both Most Weight and Big Bass?? Or if we did $35 we could go $10 for most weight and $5 for big bass? Or whatever it would take with the number of members we have.
• For the nights when we are not bringing fish in a photo must be taken of each scoring fish, preferably on the bump board.
