It was great weather for our second outing.  Scoring fish came hard with the catch spread across five members.  Six fish were caught that totaled 90.25″ or 7.5 feet.  A total of 9 Lbs 3 Oz was caught all being Smallmouth Bass.  Most of the six fish came from soft plastic baits.  However, the largest fish caught by Steve Bohren at 2 Lbs 4 Oz was taken on a crankbait.  Also, Chuck Rathbun was the only member who caught two scoring fish.  Several members caught smaller fish that were not able to be scored.

Roger’s Pond holds many other types of fish such as Walleye, Catfish, Carp, Rock Bass, and Bluegill.   It is also an excellent high speed boating area for pulling tubes or water skis.  Make sure to note the high speed restrictions that are posted tat he launch.
